RV Site Policies

Check-in Time: 2:00PM

Upon arrival, guests must register with the onsite manager and present valid photo identification and/or driver’s license, vehicle registration & insurance.

Guests will not be allowed inside the RV park until check-in time of 2:00PM unless approved by onsite manager.

If you arrive after hours (later than 7:00PM), please contact the onsite manager for late arrival instructions.

Check-out Time: 12:00PM

A clean-up fee of $50 will apply if site clean-up is required.

• Guests who visit overnight must register with the onsite manager.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the park after 10:00PM. 
• Children must always be supervised by an adult.
• Any disruptive guest will be removed for the safety of others.
• Tenant is responsible for any guests at their RV site.

• One RV unit and 2 operational vehicles are allowed per site unless approved by management.
• Do not park in empty sites or block the road. No vehicles allowed on the grass. 
• RV unit must be in good shape, no boarded up/busted windows or torn siding.
• Non-operational vehicles cannot be kept at the RV site or RV park.
• Speed limit is 5 mph while in the park.
• No smoking or vaping inside laundry room/bath house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly or take them with you.
• No littering which includes cigarette butts.
• Alcohol is allowed, but please drink responsibly.
• No drugs or illegal substances of any kind are allowed on the premise. This rule is strictly enforced, and violators will be removed from the premise without a refund.
• No clotheslines permitted.
• No pop-up tents permitted in the RV site or areas.
• No fencing is allowed in Park 2.
• No fireworks of any types are allowed.
• Campfires must be approved by management.
• No shed or storage rooms allowed in the RV site.
• Cutting of trees or shrubs is prohibited.
• Burning of leaves is prohibited. Violators will be charged a $50 fee.
• No car or trailer washing is allowed.
• Report issues that arise with other tenants. Do not confront tenants.
• Tenant must weed eat around their RV/trailer and hoses.
• Outside of the RV/trailer and area around the trailer must be kept clean.
• You will be asked to leave if you cannot maintain a clean site after 3 warnings.
• We are not responsible for damages, lost or stolen items, or injuries.
• We have the right to refuse any RV, motor home, or 5th wheel unit.
• Do not damage property.
• Please respect our landscape and park, we take great pride in keeping it tidy.
• Violation of rules may terminate your stay. No refunds.

• Quiet time is 10:00PM until 7:00AM daily. This rule is strictly enforced, and violators will be removed from the premise without refund after one warning.
• No generators or loud music are permitted.
• Outside generators prohibited. No industrial fans used outside the motor homes. 

• Full hook-ups (electric, water and sewer) and trash are included in the RV rates.
• DUE TO HIGH ELECTRICAL PULL, USE OF SPACE HEATERS IS PROHIBITED! 
• All garbage is to be put into the dumpsters. Do not leave large items next to the dumpsters.
• Outside garbage cans are not permitted without lids for long term tenants. Do not leave trash at the RV site. If dumpster is full, please contact the onsite manager. 
• Freezing temperature: Always watch the water and keep your water lightly streaming when the temperature is below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Entry to the bath house and laundry room is by key code which will be given upon request after arrival.
• The laundry room (washers and dryers) are for tenants only.
• Please limit your shower to 10 minutes out of courtesy for the next guest.

• We love our furry friends, but pets must be kept on a leash at all times while in the park.
• Pets must sleep inside with you! We will not allow outside kennels of any kind or chaining of pets.
• Please clean up after your pets around your site and anytime while walking your pets. 
• Due to insurance requirements, no pit bulls are allowed.
• No pets are allowed in the bath house, showers or laundry facilities at any time.
• Complaints of excessive barking or aggression may result in your removal from the park.

For monthly tenants:

• Monthly rent must be paid from the 1st through the 5th of the month.
• There will be a $50 late fee added to your monthly rent on the sixth day of the month.
• There are no refunds on monthly RV site rentals.
• There are no refunds for early departure.

Management has the right to change rates based on utility usage or utility increases with a 30-day notice.

If law enforcement is called to your camper for any domestic disturbance, you must vacate the premise immediately or (at the discretion of the owner) by 10:00AM the following morning. There are no exceptions to this rule.

NON COMPLIANCE OF ANY RULES CAN/WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND  TO EVICT FOR ANY INFRACTION THEREOF. THE OWNERS HAVE MADE EVERY EFFORT  TO MAKE THIS FACILITY SAFE FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS. HOWEVER, ANYONE  USING THESE FACILITIES MUST DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK, AS WE WILL NOT  ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAFETY OF ANYONE. THE FALLS RV PARK IS  NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FIRE, THEFT OR DAMAGE IN ANY WAY TO ANY TRAILER,  VEHICLE, RV, TENT OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ANY AND ALL CAMPERS,  RENTERS AND/OR VISITORS.

ANYONE WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE  WITH NO REFUND. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT  THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR  EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND. STAFF ARE NOT PERMITTED TO  WORK ON RVS BELONGING TO GUESTS.
